Short Exempt Status

The regulators have got to step in and change the rules so that there is more of a level playing field for the retail investor and those CEO's trying to begin start up companies.  The lack of regulations is just destroying the market.   It's amazing that CEO's of companies are just discovering these completely egregious trading short occurances. I guess we now know where the endless shares are coming from.
