Newbie in need of help

I'm researching NVA but can't quite pull the trigger on this one given the debt situation. Someone give me some good reasons to jump in on this thing. Thank you!

Debt levels were high versus cas flow . That has changed due to a return to more normal commodity prices . There is no way the industry will return to their prior pattern of overdrilling as nearly all are busy paying down debt. The Montney reserves are among the best in the world .
