I was watching Oil's chart off and on throughout the day but only now over dinner heard the Texas news.  I retract my comment about 2 thumbs up :-(

I like many others feel very bad about the very serious situation in Texas. I was discussing this today with my wife during our first sitdown meal outside in quite a while. She asked could this ever happen in Ontario? My first instinct was to say no, but then I thought about LINE 5. It is one thing for people to have to go through a natural disaster.
