WTI will rebound quickly, there is a huge product shortage that needs to be filled b4 summer driving season (and what a season it will be ) lots of spare refining capacity is already returning. Kaboom !!!

The refineries should be switching over to summer gas soon. I think it's around Easter. Yesterday was panic from paris closing for a month to get a handle on covid spread.
