Paramount owns = 39,752,142 * 2.85 = 113,293,605 that is the value of the balance sheet asset of NVA on POU balance sheets.
I heard that JR out at the ranch was conducting an auction today for the largest block of NVA shares available in Nuvista. Not to be outdone Eric Nuttal showed up and slapped down his 8% holding in Nuvista shares. Then out of nowhere GMT capital showed up and slapped down their 22 million shares on the table.
The group decided to settle who would endup with Nuvista in a civil manner, so they threw their stoved in the chuck wagons and raced round the track. The Winner, who will remain anonymous rode west into the sunset with the support of all the shareholders, and his posse.
I heard though the grapevine that pou wants 3 dollars a share, so maybe Monday is the day NVA is put out of its missery and $3 dollars a share id the offer.
It looks like things will end up, in a show down at the OK corral. Jonathan Wright in a show down with the share holders, job preservation.
It looks like a done deal, with everyone iching to pull the trigger on this deal.

Monday is a national holiday !! Have a happy and extended long weekend . Perhaps take in a few more re-runs of Dallas as your plot ending needs some serious re-thinking!!
