Eric on Nuvista Friday on BNN

You have to watch this, he literally studders "very" he is so impressed with Nuvista.

When asked about Birchcliff today on BNN, Eric instead suggested Nuvista and I quote "very, very, like very impressive upside from here as they ramp up production of condensate and natural gas"

He is definetly interested in both NVA and PIPE. And has been for some time now. He has driven PIPE up even more than NVA  . He realizes however that PIPE is closely held and very illiquid, so I would guess that he is going to spend a lot more on NVA going forward !!

He said he doesn't like natural gas but he did he wouldn't pick Birchcliffe. He would like PIPE but it is to closely held and difficult for him to get in so he would have to pick NVA. Tamarack would be his #1 pick but that was his 1st choice in the last show and wasn't allowed to make it his 1st pick again.

I would imagine he is having problems getting into NVA as well. About your earlier  comments on the sector, I have found from my past experiences that there are usually three phases to an oil bull market. Phase 1 is usually where I mutter to myself, I can't believe no-one else sees these incredible values, Phase 2 is where I say looks like the world is catching up on this, and phase 3 ...more

Over the years of playing in the markets, the only thing I've found harder than knowing when to buy, is when to sell. There's likely alot more room for these to run yet but my main fear is the possibility of a recession getting in the way of that which still could be a ways off yet.......who knows ? Conversely to what you said about getting out to early in the past..........I've taken ...more

A guick tip for what it is worth , Crew just announced their latest drilling results, they are mind blowing !! Something is going on as drilling results are very quickly improving, I would imagine the situation is rapidly improving for NVA and others , but that is just a hunch. I agree investing decisions are always difficult to make , but perhaps you should consider keeping a toe in the water , I ...more

Honestly, nothing wrong with that. As we pass $10 I will be shedding some, and then over $12. Probably 50% out by then. Maybe it pulls back large and i get it all back cheaper, but will be just as happy if keeps riding up. Likely, going to reallocate the funds into a different asset,  a larger house on a ravine lot!! Been shopping for 7 months now. Value there will never go down IMO.

Ok mate GL!. Sugaree real estate values have literally gone up for the last 20 years. You know what they say about what goes up right?
Comment by Sugaree on Jan 31, 2022 7:25pm
Where I live they just go up, too many people and more coming, and not enough supply.  For housing prices to drop the world needs a global pandemic to wipe out a third of the population, oops, that didn't work.
