By this time next year

Production will be up another 30 %, debt except for the note will be paid down, about 10 % of the shares will be repurchased, hedging will be over and netbacks will grow. What is my guess as to annual cashflow ?
80 kbpd x 45 $ x 365 days / 205 million shares = $ 6.60 per share
Share price = 5 x CF = $33

Annual return = $33 / 11.21 = 294%

What say you ??

The only person I fear is my wife Oldnagger.  She weighs a full 110 pounds when wet, but she has already warned me that she is willing and able to use arsenic if I mess up her investments.

Please, please ask your wife to put me on ignore ( or ask her to stop taking showers and/ or go swimming) , I am feeling a little wary these days !! BTW Arsenic was once used by the Victorians to cure reduced libido !! ( which must have been extremely frustrating for the Victorians ) But I am seriously getting off topic here !!

Oldnagger, what gas price are you factoring in for the $45 number you are using?  If gas prices remain elevated above $4 it will have a very material impact on NVA earnings.  To be clear if they stayed at current strip pice of $7.8 it is a very wild ride up in the rocket ship!!   Whay say you??

If you look at the Q4 results you will see that the corporate net back was $ 27.08. but that was before hedging losses of $6.69 . So they are already at $ 33..77 before hedging . So I simply added 33% for the mix which would bring condensate to $127, nat gas liquids to 56.36 and nat gas to $ 8.10 ( nat gas pricing includes the heat adjustment which I cannot remember the precise number, but for ...more

Thanks for the explanation, I like it a lot!  My math is a little rougher but I see very good days ahead. GLTA
