Nuvista bought back 2.55 million shares in June 30th at an average cost of 10.77.  I imagine they were busy when it dropped under $9!

Tried to copy the link but it wasn't working for me. Just go to sedi.ca then scroll to the bottom of the page to where it says "access public filings" then you can enter insider or issuer name , dates etc.  and see all the transactions made for your specified dates.

that site is useless. i can't figure it out. what option of the 3 on the left in yellow boxes do you click after "access public filings" ? and then the next option please.

Go to : view summary reports Insider transaction detail Then in drop down click "issuer name" and type nuvista  ( if looking for specific insider then use " insider family name") then enter the date range you want  select all for debt / equity etc.  the. Search  it is a little cumbersome to use but you can find any info on insider purchases or share

I bet we get another nice purchase chunk this week under $10.  The number of common shares that can be purchased pursuant to the NCIB is subject to a daily maximum of 335,363 common shares (which is equal to 25% of the average daily trading volume of 1,341,453 from December 1, 2021 to May 31, 2022)   with the exception that one block purchase in excess of the daily maximum is permitted
