As both a POU and NVA shareholder, I look at the assets of the two companies, and think they belong together. I look at the people and view NVA as a well run company and respect their talent and execution. POU has growth opportunites  to NVA, and in this case i think 1+1=3 because of how all the play areas, and expertise in these companes are very much complement each other. Do kill the

Didn't POU sell several miliion shares of their NVA stake several months back?
