$11 ?

Hold .... or more downside . . .

Short term RSI now into oversold territory. . . BUT Stochastic, MACD, Price Momentum and WIlliams %R all indicators not firming or turning yet. 

Technically, for a conservative bet, NVA needs to see some firming above $11, then some steady accumulation here before safe to step in long.
