Are the sale terms final?

I have been holding Nuvei for a while and averaged down several times. My average is still high. Are we really only getting the same price as what this traded at in early 2023? Could the number go up? I thought I would make money on a going private deal, not lose a bunch.

Nothing is final until the deal closes in late 2024/Q1 of 2025 as stated in the NR which you should read in details anyway.  The breakage fee for NVEI is US$150M, and for Advent is US$250M.  That is the deal unless a white knight comes along in the mean time. TD did the valuation of FMV between US$33 and US$42.  Advent's offer is at the low end.

Thank you for providing helpful information - you don't always get there here lol. I haven't been following this close enough. Thanks for catching me up to speed. I sure hope there is a higher offer.
