That's a really good and fair question. For anyone who wants to know exactly what I would do in buying or selling anything they should spring for the $10 or $15 bucks my last two investment books cost. Thanks Bob for the informative reply.  I think NSRPF at the current price is near the bottom and am buying here but may try a skink bid at 2.01.  The USD is falling out of bed and I doubt we get much effect from tax loss selling this year...NSRPF is in oversold territory on the technicals for what that is worth.  Take care BM.
