BEVs

I wonder what may be announced by NVO in the coming days regarding  plans for replacement of diesel haul trucks with BEVs at Beatons Creek. Has building a large solar plant with battery storage facility entered the thought process? There must be land available for such a facility!!

Well Novo is up 7 cents today. Is Irv the Japanese gold mine? I looked at this and came to the conclusion that maybe the Japanese might not want gold mines operating. SM

@BlackHawk  I just got the official word from the company, the drillers are due back in February. So as long as the Government of Japan doesn't go all Psycho on us in the next 3 weeks we should be fine.

Apologies Tx. I was responding to this post: "Well Novo is up 7 cents today. Is Irv the Japanese gold mine? I looked at this and came to the conclusion that maybe the Japanese might not want gold mines operating." SM

If this is directed at IRV investors, then it is misleading. The current situation in Japan has nothing to do with whether they want a gold mine operation or not.  In country or internationally.  Because they are continuing to pursue that goal regardless. The Japanese are "on edge" because of this seemingless endless health crisis.  The country is insular by nature ...more

Tx know I guy that headed to Phoenix a week ago and is eligible for vaccination. Vaccination holidays are being talked about. Can Japanese travel to China or Russia. Is Sputnik V just getting a bad wrap. China one is 79% effective not even as good as Moderna's first shot.(82%) Would that make them psycho or just plain crazy? IKE

Japan will not entertain any vaccines from China or Russia.  It remains firmly within Pax Americana. Nothing to do with mental health.  Everything to do with history and current geopolitics. Tx
Comment by TXRogers on Jan 04, 2021 6:38pm
The topic of having different vaccines available is interesting. How does that work on the ground level? Are recipients given a choice of vaccine type? What is the difference between these medicines? And if there are different vaccines for the same bug, why is that? How does a recipient make a decision on his or her options when all these different experimental vaccines are being dispensed so ...more

Problem is most vaccine harms are evident long after you have taken them and difficult to prove causation because of the time leg. Things like the various autoimmune diseases. The more acute harm is that vaccine availability turns many people into sheep. :) Unfortunately you won't see the transformation when your local politicians take it. Fauci floated the recent stick for those humans ...more

Its such a shame we cannot all be shepherds then we can all become like the blind  leading the blind. Having lived on a farm I assure animals get vaccinated like everyone no matter how smart they think they are. They have been working on mRNA vaccines for 30 years but really had been closing in the last 6 years. The Moderna uses nanotechnology that had been largely been  ...more

I actually don't think it even matters, WS. I believe the way these medicines function is by triggering your cellular RNA to produce the necessary proteins to attack the virus if it appears in your body.  Or something like that. But apparently there exists a concern (or possibility) that an auto-immune disease "mishap" could result at a future time by meddling with your ...more

Hello Jim (and others) My original post re BEVs was sent tongue in cheek (a while ago) since (so far as I know) NVO has not explored the use of BEV's for Beatons Creek ore transport to the Eagle processing plant and as you pointed out in any case the ore trucking is provided by a third party so why would they worry? However there is a serious point that crossed my mind related to NVO becoming ...more

Correct - scientists down Louisiana-way concluded that it all EVAPORATED. Who'd a thunk that?

Actually there were a couple of spills bigger than horizan but never got the fanfare. The biggest of which could not be found any evidence after 2 years. The Gulf current flows to England thru the whole Atlantic. The solution to pollution is dilution. Too bad it does not work with plastics. Microplastics detectable in Antartic waters. IKE
