The big question: why didn't they make this PEA before buying the mill?  They were sure that the mill would work with the normal refurbishment. Now they are surprised. Poor work  peter

When you've spent $8 million to refurbish a mill and you have a crew to run it, you don't wait for more infill drilling to satisy some pencilneck theoretician, you commence mining and processing. This was not poor work. They bought the mill out of bankruptcy when it became available because it advanced the entire process by years. QH is obviously defensive about what has gone on since the

In retrospect, this should have been the dead giveaway. PI must have been offered the chance to get in on the deal and passed. Knowing it was coming, they downgraded to Neutral and cut their price target. This didn't all happen over the last 24 hours as QH tried to have us believe in the interview today.
