One of the key questions that Jay Taylor should ask is what are the head grades in the blocks being mined compared to the head grades in the Material Resource Estimate blocks. I remember there was speculation by QH and the Hedgeless Horseman that the actual grades were much higher that the MRE. The Horseman guessed 50 to 100% higher.
