Only $ .22 for a warrant that guarantees you can buy a share of Novo for $4.40 in 21 months.  Gosh, I don't know if that's a good deal or not.  Maybe if the warrant price drops to $.01 I'll buy 10,000 of them.  With the way the price of beer is going up, that's only about 2 cases.

Think of those who financed the acqusition of MOY at $3.20 per share.  Think of IMC Resources that sold MOY for 15 million shares of Novo at $3.20.  QH must have been laughing at the time the deal was signed.  Covid was in full swing then.  What were the idiots that went along with the financing thinking?  The current stock price is less than half of what it was 15 months ...more

Pretty sure that IMC deal was done with NOVO before MOY went under. One of the few inciteful comments TX Rodgers made was about the deadmans switch being set the second MOY did the desperate deal with IMC that handed them the keys to the mill. IMC closed MOY down to pass it onto NOVO. So I wouldn't feel sorry for them in the least bit. I think they did pocket a pile of cash from NOVO as well ...more
