I don't own any NVO shares and never have. I am here out of sheer curiousty. I am an NFG guy in the gold space and I know NVO made at least one smart move by holding some NFG shares, so congrats on that. Not bashing current or past NVO shareholders, but this thing has been a dog since its highs of over 7.00 a share in late 2017. Maybe this is the bottom....Who knows?......But you are

Thanks for the clarification.  Yes, this dog has had a bad run, and it is currently hobbled by an incomprehensible sell-off of all things gold-related.  Inflation, damages to oil and gas supplies, very hot rumors of war - Ukraine & Taiwan - and POG falls?  New Found Gold, too, is off nearly 50 percent in six months.  While that is not as bad as Novo's overall

Yes, NFG has dropped along with gold names in general (and is in all likelihood at least part of the reason why NVO also keeps dripping), but take a look at NFG's chart since its inception in August 2020 and compare it to NVO's chart for that same time period. Even if you waited until February 2021 to buy NFG (like I did), you would sitting here today having doubled your money at the

One more thing.  Speaking of  "extraordinary holdings", have you checked out NFG's virgin, enormous, contiguous Queensway claims package located in Central Newfoundland and the assay results reported to date?  NFG is currently investigating a possible bias issue re. past assay results, but unless the report show they're way off, the assay results in sum already

Yes.  And NVO holders participate in NFG, albeit as fractional owners.  I have no interest in holding NFG directly.
