"Perhaps De Grey’s entry will mark the bottom for NOVO." I'd like to believe that, but the market for exploration-phase miners is horrible.  The situation may not change soon, though individual issues can buck the trend based on substantive news.  Still, I can't see a better space for speculative investors.
