Note: A very long, long term Investment here since March 2015 & have been enjoying the qrowth and Distributions. Only trimmed a few due to a over weighted position and to travel with a balance of  all FREE shares. Do you mean by all free shares that you are only holding DRIP shares now?  I guess 7 years would do it. I understand the problem with a takeover is the Chairman holds about 30% of the shares and a premium would have to be extremely large to tempt him.

Never DRIPped this one ever. :>O Your question caused us a History lesson . IF you BUY 6000 shares on Mar 11th 2015 @ $8.90 and then SELL  4000 shares on Jan  5th 2021 @ $ 12.54 and collect all the Cash distributions from Sept 2017
