Is anyone able to comment how many joint  ventures NWH currently has, and if their reputation as a asset manager and partner is in good standing, as analysts implied the failure of the UK could pose difficulties. However, without the reason cited, the timing of the deal falling apart with the UKs unexpected 0.50point hike seems to have been the main cause.

I would suggest that you seek those answers on their website. The most notable is the Vital JV in NZ and it probably is the template for Europe and the US. Its’ website is a treasure trove as it demonstrates the potential of NWH clearly and simply. Importantly, NWH did a roadshow for investors in Hong Kong and Singapore recently. Thanks for the response- I will spend more time looking at the website though  it can be hard to dig through all the relevant information.  DD, you seem to have good knowledge on NWH and are a big long-term bull it seems, is there anything that would  make you sour on the NWH investment? I may have you mistaken for  someone else, but I recall a very long time ago maybe 2013
