Yesterday, NWH posted an early warning report and press release on sedar.com.  Although somewhat confusing, it was indicated that PDL may be planning to buy additional units.  Later yesterday, NWH posted their regular monthly distribution press release.

Wait NWVP  sold again? How many? Isnt that super bearish given we're at $6 bucks.

How many shares did he sell?  I did not see it on the Globe & Mail site -see below.   Robert Barron a trustee has been buying lots of shares.   There are many reasons why people sell, could need the money for anything but there is only one reason an insider buys, because they think the stock is undervalued. The fact that they got rid of the DRIP also tells me the

I'm pretty sure nwvp sold at $12 and again at $10 millions of shares not long ago because they saw what was coming.  People said back then they might have needed liquidity but in hindsight they knew the stock was tanking and needed to reduce exposure.  If there's further sales I'll likely cut my losses and go to another beaten down reit
