A cut will be more then 50% Other reits that are far better operational companies are paying about 5% , I suggest a reit that has to prove itself after this disaster will be lucky to get a yield of 4%.,the only reason the share price is defying gravity is the distribution, it's not because it's a great company. so let's say 4% yield ...that implies a dividend of .20

There 0.13 to 0.15 affo doesn't warrant a $5 price.  $6 to 6.50. They got to chip away at that 9% interest by asset sales.
