Sit back and collect $$$$

The big plays PDL and TMR capital have big stake in this....affo aside the assets could be in still high demand or will be like crazy when the low rates are back.   This is going to be worth $13 again one day.  Just collect that mediocre dividend and if you get a buyout sooner for lower just rotate it into the other beaten down reit names!

rates seem high if you only go back 10-15 years. on a 100 years chart they hug the median even slightly under it. from 1975 to 1995 they were consistantly much higher than they are now. its why i hold some floating rate preferred as an hedge.

Yes but government and household debt has seemed to be significantly higher now, so hard to draw conditions to pre 2000 overall
