Whether theres buyout or they sell enough assets eirther way it's great assets and great value at this price. ( so many options on the table ) interest rates are likely done going up at least. ( don't see much downside from here.) just have patience for two or three more months and things will look a lot better. (still have to ride this phase of tax law selling ...more
