Question
Where y'all going to put your nwh funds on a liquidation event? Also, if the offer is 7.50 or lower is it a good idea to hold and wait for a counter offer or full sale or sell immediately at 10% lower and buy something else?

I think the SP is purposely being kept depressed by traders to get that offer passed.

Algos are controlling these reits....they are programmed on "sell" or a <10 AFFO. The bet on the sale was done with the big option bets. The average shareholder probably cant risk buying more and even if likely its too speculative to bid up the SP given the sector weakenss

PS: market also respects yield spread premium between risk free rate, which is somewhere around 4%, so at 4.xx the market considers NWH to be "fairly valued" using this metric.

Not sure I agree with yield spread. A 0.40 cash flow is 10% around 4% 10yr CAD bond with index inflation on leases

Gary oh Gary! You need a long rest! The cart is away in front of the horse in your mind. NWH has never indicated a desire to liquidate the entire portfolio. Speculating about a takeout price is wasteful energy at this point. The seller controls the game as you can’t buy something that is not for sale.
