Lol with 2 close buddies holding 20% of equity between them , I dont see them selling out soon.They will just want to ride out the high interest rates .

They didnt call a strategic review as a smoke and mirrors show- whats the point? the SP cratered regardless so not holding it up. PDL and Robert probably initiated it cause they want to cash out or need to make it profitable with high rates
