As it’s disclosed a 9.6% holding in Jan./24, with no further disclosure, I would assume that that is it’s holding. Insiders must disclose any holdings (direct or indirect)in excess of 10% in most cases. When it acquired the units is difficult to ascertain as it is a private company without a requirement to disclose.
