My guess is, even though price top coincides with ER, inflation outlook is much more what moves this tomorrow.. These guys are in a stalemate, they can't sell it for enough $$ without triggering liabilities.. so IMO buyout is off the table. At this point they are just waiting it out and this is just a leveraged play on interest rates.. nothing more nothing less
