AFFO TRACKING TO BE 0.09 Q2
Not sure how the market feels about that 100% payout ratio...I think they need to unlock a UK or Brazil or US JV or asset sale, for the next leg up to happen to $6-7. These non-core asset sales for a few hundred m over a couple quarters aint going to cut it

I see a 80 % payout ratio. What am I missing ? Adjusted funds from operations ("AFFO") per unit for Q1 2024 was $0.11(1) (Q1 2023 - $0.17 per unit), resulting in a payout ratio for Q1 2024 of 80% (Q1 2023 – 121%)

I said in Q2 not in Q1. Interest rate caps expired halfway through Q1 adding 0.02 to affo. So in q2 it will be 0.09. they explained this back in sept when the cut the dividend by 60%
