Should rally on the news

The sale of UK appeared to be at NAV in addition to other asset sales, not sure exactly, and the AFFO should go from 0.09 to 0.15 as they indicated which makes the dividend safe.

I expect this to head to $5.50-6 or so, but nothing surprises me with these toxic reits
