Good rally with volume - any clue except US rate cut expection?

Two trustees were buying Big recently. Obviously they do not agree with the analysts who typically raise their targets after the move up. I will trust the insiders over the analysts everyday. Money talks and it is screaming here! The insiders are not laying it down to loose it.

Slowly but surely NWH is going to climb out of that hole that its wandered into. With the Feb starting its interest rate cuts in September, Canada continuing with its cuts and the strategic review being implemented at least there are finally some positive changes taking place.
