I still say it's a buy !!

 It's been really beat down...

  I think analyst never like to recommend too often a beaten down stock with a little bit of risk...

 I think they have been de-risking a lot recently and surprised.. 

analyst ....... will upgrade it when the price of the stock goes up as usual I don't trust them for the most part.

They're rarely contrarian.   

taxloss selling.     

have patience for six more months and you will be rewarded...
