Third quarter results should reflect some improvement and therefor the stock should respond accordingly. If we don't see any movement, then there is a bigger underlying problem and a further sell off is probable.

Whats expected to improve? AFFO was expected to be 0.09 now but might be higher if they paid off some high debt. I think the big UK portfolio sale is now known and how it reflects in financials may still be a quarter or two away

We may also get a little boost from another upcoming drop in interest rates in both the U.S. (Thursday) and Canada.
