Really need a comittee to sell a few non core assets and public securities to free up what a couple hundred M ....seems like routine "capital recycling" that most REITS do. Wouldnt be surprised and somewhat expecting a firework to go off by end of the year the latest. surely enough time has passed to have a plan and execute in stealth
