The Bank of Canada half per cent cut in interest rates today should provide a little relief for NWH.UN. going forward  But we still will need the Fed to make a quarter per cent cut at its next meeting to have some real benefit.

I don't think that Canadian rate declines will do much for NWH as they have only 30% floating rate debt and are looking to assets sales to bring this down.  The debt level means more than short term interest rates. What I do think is that US rates are more important for NWH to either find a partner to invest in the Company or for an acquirer to step up to the plate.  US rates need
