Fed's Rate Decision & Policy Statement - Good & Bad News

Bad news from decision - unlikely to cut interest rates at the next meeting in March.

Good news from policy statement - further rate hikes no longer on the table.

What should be the net effect on NWH?

I think the market is placing far too much emphasis on the specific timing of the first cut.  Could be a spike when it actually happens.
