Guy asked about payout ratio of 100% and what they think about that going forward.  said paying high debt from asset sales may help it a bit....

Does anyone think the strategic review is actually going on? or are they executing it now and just not communicating that its over until they fully restrcuture?

That 4 cent adjustment to AFFO you mention , does that factor in the hedging they appear to have on $1.6 billion going well into 2025 ?

I have no idea but they were explicit in saying AFFO would be 9 cent going forward all else being equal, unless they can be accretive sales and capital allocation
