PERFECT TIME FOR HOSTILE BID

The buyer can now make a stronger offer as globally central banks begin to cut at the macro top, with the unit price still extremely in the hole $4.70 versus $11-12 NAV.  Pony up $8.50-10.00 and its fair game

Labour is in power in UK now, more funding for NHS . Might get an interest for their UK properties .
