Historically, NWH.UN has released results on August 11th. For 2024, August 11th falls on a Sunday, so my guess is the 9th or the 12th before markets open. INMO if they are “good” it will be the Monday the 12th...

They already they articulated their forecasting showed a 0.09 AFFO which is how they justified the dividend cut. Their rents and NOI likely doesnt change quarter to quarer. I dont see how their can be any surprises here....

Tuesday is a good day. Sweep it under the carpet news releases usually come out on Fridays.

BS2016...FYI: This press release was on JULY 11th aThursday. NOT a FRIDAY. You must have missed it.. ;>O Will copy & paste it when we change our location.. Still a long term Investor in T.NWH.UN and enjoy collecting any distributions that are offered. ;>)

I'm trying to follow too many stocks...I have stuck with NWH.UN even though it has been a frustrating slide down the razor blade. Interest rate relief and a bit of management brilliance should reverse the loser trend. I may be alone here but I have been averaging down.
