STRATEGIC REVIEW ??

If we assume they have been steadly working to enhance shareholder value but have been unable to divest themselves of any property, what does that say ?
Are they being unrealistic with property values and thus no buyers or are they confident they can weather the storm until interest rates start to decline ?
An update would be appreciated but the silence is deafening.
Fridays has been the day for updates but don't hold your breath.

Rand, I support the divest strategy from the review but I wouldn't agree to give it away for next to nothing. Interested parties are be clearly aware of their situation and would try to wait it out and the current share price would be further encouragment to wait NWH out.
