Pleased but also confused

I am pleased to see us nearing $4 again but honestly was not expecting it since I have seen much to merit the rise over the past few months. That has me confused and wondering what else may be going on. 

Laying the groundwork perhaps for when things start up again? I will find out as I am here to either buyout or production. Good way to get the New Year started...

No mystery here I think — folks are merely taking early positions. NXE has a wild amount of pounds in the ground: "Arrow alone, contains sizeable resources of 256.6 million lb uranium ... It is the pounds in the ground that will lift the stock of NXE." Add in the "ISO Energy" factor (which NXE is a major shareholder), and you've got one ...more
