I hope you get hired to broker that MOU. There seems to have been animosity between some people in the there but i think and hope the pride is conquered and money covers the differences and a good plan is worked as you point out. Been here for a long time making money in one and loosing it next door, waiting for people and good will and money and status to make a good salada. I HOPE AND PRAY FOR YOUR PLAN TO BE REACHED.

@ 5oceans - My guess is that NXE and FCU will sign a MOU after FCU completes its FS.  There's no reason not to have one because they're non-binding and one would help generate shareholder value in at least two different ways.  The first one is obvious.  Sharing infrastructure is cheaper than having two redundant build-outs.  Secondly, it's creates a vision of ...more

Once again Greenday, once permits are in place, contracts will be signed. Any contracts signed before then is a waste of paper, as in the case of cgn and fcu.
