Concerns and Predictions

Lots of selling and a downtrend based on various factors, with some of the decline driven by spot price.

A public meeting this week to explain how CAPEX goes from $900M to $1.6B. With the U bulk purchases a couple months back and this I am begining to think NXE management expertise ends with the deposit discovery.

My greater concern is the Federal Goverment. The conference agenda has forshadowed this in the agenda. The liberals don't have a good track record supporting mining - unless it's close to their home base. They interfered with water rights some years ago. That shut down many operating ventures.

The liberals have a negative bias toward western Canada. It must stress them that they have virtually NO seats in SK. I believe they will have further questions / reasons for not issuing the federal licence. They can be puerile.

We will know what the insiders alread know on Thursday. My hope is that the support the feds have declared for nuclear energy as part of their carbon reduction plan balances the scales. TBD.
