Dilution

The market hates the dilution. I hate it too, and I hate that management owns so few shares. I'm out.

Sorry but you just threw away .50 a share if you sold today. The reason is the share price always drops when a bought deal for shares is issued.  It has to drop closer to the price quoted in the bought deal.  Once the deal is filled, the share price returns to the higher pricing level.  A little patience would have save you a 5% loss.  In reality this is a short term buying

Agree with you Hawk. How does the company grow without raising capital? The acquisitions will no doubt be accretive

For the couple of guys who actually own this and have commented I also added today at 8.17....this is the way these small cap reits grow....if prv or tnt are any indication, we should be back close to 9.00 in two weeks......for the others on here spewing their nonsense, examine your lives
