Big volume today
For the last seven days the average volume was about 80,000. Today it was 371,000. People are taking their positions before the share price starts to climb again. There are two near term catalysts that will start the share price climbing again.
1. Around Sept 9, the Red Deer property will close. Amount is $20 million. Three weeks later the distribution centre acquisitions will close. Amount is $230 million. It means EPS and AFFO will be significantly higher in the Q4 results.
2. The BC property will see new leases in Sept now that renovations to improve and expand the property are complete. Corporate NOI will increase 3% because of this change. This will also show up in the Q4 results.

A REIT to hold on to. Still undervalued here. Great management with more good stuff coming. A must own REIT IMO.
