Man they were upbeat."Just added more at 12.63", and "on track to 14$".   the reality ......she just ate right past 12$ and didn't  even stop to clear her throat.. We need more than cheerleaders to get this turned around...more than cheerleaders and additional equity barfs.

Wow sooooooo tempted to add more. At $11.77 this is basically trading at NAV if you add the increase to NAV due to the latest issue. Industrial REIT’s DIR and SMU are trading at 1.25x to 1.3x NAV. Again so tempted.
