NXR vs. Reit Sector (2)

In the past two days NXR has been the worst performing Reit in the sector. Isn't it evident that the market is punishing it for its recent new issues and its pricing of purchases. Until the current negative trendline changes,"the Jewel " will remain tarnished.

Mis information again. All the industrial reits seem to go thorugh a bit of a correction. Last two days SMU -5.5%, DIR -3%, NXR -4.5%
