Q4 results

I view these as good results... Occupancy increased to 96% from 95%  (since Q3 ) .... Nav increased 5.5% to $12.18 from $11.55 .... FFO and AFFO grew quarter over quarter....
Payout ratio will get lower in the next few quarters because it looks like after Q4 they put the money to work from the previous "bought deal".         ( they had 82.3 million in cash at the end of Q4 ) ... looks like they bought 236.5 million in properties in Q1 of 2022 !!!

agreed, and another good year ahead... When you have great management you just buy and hold forever... There is no way I can sell, the cap gains would be brutal... and besides I love the income... Cheers
