Simply Wall Street

Simply Wall Street came out with a report today.  Nexus revenue is expected to grow by 32% in 2022.  By contrast, Reits in general in Canada will see growth of only 3.3%.  Nexus is definitely outperforing the market.

Wow to the $15.50 target I just got in ar $12  a week or  two ago. Now. The large revenue growth should not excite us much. This is derived from buying more properties so the  revenue and resulting profits are spread over more  unitholders mat
