Nexus Real Estate Investment Trust (CVE:NXR.UN) was given a new C$12.25 price target on by analysts at Royal Bank of Canada. They now have a "sector perform" rating on the stock.This represents a 486.1% upside from the current price of C$2.09. Read More.

It would appear that this is a typo ... at least on the current price (which is dated Jan. 29, 2021) but even that would be wrong, so apart from the target price now being $14.33 and positive outlook - not much else to go on.
